Michael is Housing Australia’s Deputy Chief Investment Officer and oversees the teams responsible for Major Clients and Growth Clients. These teams are responsible for the Housing Australia Future Fund and work with clients to structure, execute and manage senior debt, junior debt and grant financial products to bring housing and critical infrastructure projects to life across the country. These teams work closely with state and territory governments, community housing providers, investors and real estate developers.

Prior to joining Housing Australia, Michael worked with KPMG for approximately 20 years across their Sydney, Melbourne and Hong Kong offices. Michael was a Partner and KPMG’s Asia Pacific Head of the Government Sector, and also held the roles of Head of the Infrastructure Sector for China and Hong Kong. Michael specialises in investment structuring, corporate and project finance, PPP and project structuring in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
