Just Sit Back And Enjoy The Show

This fun-filled evening of entertainment and outback cuisine is set in the remote and isolated East MacDonnell Ranges. Harking back to earlier times, the evening is spent in the style of an old time cattle camp. You will not be left hungry as you tuck into a mouth-watering meal of prime Australian beef, the best the land has to offer. Enjoy a cold beer or wine from the Aussie Bush bar and while you wet your whistle, relax and get to know the local people who will share with you the epic story of their life and survival in this harsh land. These tales go beyond traditional folk stories. It is a rare insight into early ways of the Australian Outback Cattleman and as such, completely enthralling.

Music, Wine and Laughter

Underneath a chandelier of stars an authentic bush balladeer sings timeless Australian songs. The music delights and captivates all who listen. Throughout the night The Aussie Bush Bar serves a supply of bottled red or white wine, beer or soft drink and all is included in the price. The food is impeccable and includes a tantalising array of unique Australian dishes.

The Menu

Sensational scotch fillet steak (also known as rib eye), prime beef sausages, a steaming hot potato, an array of fresh salads followed by a delicious dessert of baked hot rum and raisin damper with outback cream. Wash it all down with a delicious cup of billy tea. Yum!
