Katie-Anne Mulder brings over 15 years of experience in industry development and policy across the resources and renewable energy sectors. With roles in both Federal and State Governments, she has deep expertise in policy creation, regulatory frameworks, and strategic implementation. Her leadership has advanced major reforms in resource project approvals, land access, and critical minerals strategies. Katie-Anne has held key roles with the Queensland Resources Council and Queensland Exploration Council, managing operations, board relations, and government-funded programs. She led negotiations on coal and gas co-development arrangements and spearheaded statewide assessments of industry costs. Katie-Anne holds a Business degree and a Master of Applied Resources and Energy Law, and serves on the advisory board of Macquarie University’s Centre for Energy and Natural Resources Innovation and Transformation (CENRIT). Her strong policy acumen and commitment to regional Queensland underpin her leadership of an ambitious renewable energy agenda.
