Julie-ann Lambourne is a proud Torres Strait Islander woman (Wagadagam from Mabuiag and Samsep from Erub) and a nationally respected leader in Indigenous business, economic development, and systems change. With over 30 years’ cross-sector experience, she brings deep cultural authority and strategic insight to regional transformation. Julie-ann is Co-Chair of the Queensland Indigenous Business Network and was the Inaugural Chairperson of the Brisbane 2032 First Nations Program Advisory Group. As Managing Director of Strait Insight Consulting, she leads major national engagements, including serving as National First Nations Engagement Advisor to Neoen Australia. Her work is shaping inclusive growth and genuine partnership across Australia.
