Jeff is currently Chief Executive Officer of Mackay Isaac Tourism and chair of Nth Qld Primary Health Network, and Regional Development Australia- Greater Whitsundays and was recently elected as Chairperson for the Nth Australia RDA Alliance. Jeff is also a director on other Not for Profits organisations and supports local governments in various committee roles and functions.

Jeff professional executive and leadership career spans over 35 years and has seen him operate within executive roles across local government, marine and airport corporations and other private businesses.

He brings a deep expertise in the infrastructure, planning, regional and economic development, community, port, airport, and transport sectors. Jeff is a strategic and expansive thinker and a courageous leader of people.

He is driven by the abiding beliefs that the regions are the powerhouse of our nation; and that all success is achieved through people. These beliefs power Jeff’s willingness to challenge thinking and the status quo to ensure that our regions and their communities have sustainable futures created from strong, enduring social and economic performance.
