The Hon. Bill Yan MLA is the Treasurer of the Northern Territory, Minister for Logistics and Infrastructure and the Minister for Housing Construction.

He was sworn in on 10 September 2024 and represents the Central Australian seat of Namatjira in the 15th Assembly of the Northern Territory.

As Treasurer and through his Ministerial portfolios, Bill is focused on making responsible investment decisions that support the NT’s long-term economic growth and improving opportunities and outcomes for the community.

Bill moved to Alice Springs in 1991 and has lived there ever since.
