Jacinta Reddan was appointed CEO of Advance Cairns, Far North Queensland’s member-based advocacy and economic development organisation, in 2022 following a long career in communications, marketing, government relations and public affairs, much of it in the Asia Pacific region.

Prior to moving to Cairns, Jacinta spent more than 20 years in senior roles across APAC, including as CEO of Hong Kong’s 1400-member Australian Chamber of Commerce (Australia’s largest international chamber of commerce). She also served as head of Asia Pacific communications and marketing at two global financial services corporations, and Asia PR and marketing manager for Tourism Australia during the opening of the China leisure market and the lead-up to the Sydney Olympics.
