The Hon. Kyle McGinn MLC
Member for Mining and Pastoral
Born and raised in Humpty Doo NT, Hon. Kyle McGinn MLC understands the challenges and opportunities that are a part of the daily lives of people living in remote Australia. After spending his formative years as a chef’s apprentice in South Australia and in the Gold Cost Queensland, Kyle took the skills he learned and began a career working offshore in the Oil and gas industry in Western Australia.
2017 a newly elected member of the Legislative Council and the 40th Parliament Kyle opened his electorate office in Kalgoorlie and spent the last four years proactively reaching out and engaging with the Region.
The 41st Parliament in 2021 sees The Hon. Kyle McGinn MLC sworn in as Parliamentary Secretary to The Hon. Don Punch MLA, Minister for Regional Development; Disability Services; Fisheries; Seniors and Ageing; Volunteering. Kyle is looking forward to engaging on these portfolios and bringing with him a regional spin. The Hon. Kyle McGinn MLC is committed to bringing the voices of remote Australia to Parliament
