Full registration will include all conference sessions and keynotes, morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas, welcome function, conference materials including handbook and the on-line book of abstracts. It also includes access to the book of proceedings and presenter podcasts, post conference.
Day Only Registration Rate
Day Only Registration will include conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea for nominated day, conference materials including handbook and on-line book of abstracts and access to the book of proceedings and Presenter podcasts post conference. The conference social function is not included. Tickets can be purchased on the registration form.
Early Bird Registration – Delegates must have registered and paid by 12 May 2017 to be eligible for the early bird registration. Payment not received by 13 May 2017 will revert to the standard rate.
Concession Registration – Concession registration is available for full time students and unwaged persons. A discount will be applied to the full registration only (not including the presenter and day rate).

Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first.
The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts anytime after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.
All registrations received after 5 June 2017 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash onsite.

Conditions – Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.
Refunds and Cancellations – The conference committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 8 May 2017. Registration cancellation received between 9 May and 22 May 2017, will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after 23 May 2017. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Accommodation – All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the conference secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.
