From the moment you step off the coach you’ll be captivated by the setting sun exploding in a ray of colour adrift in the great expanse of the Northern Territory sky.

A True Taste of the Australian Outback

This fun filled evening of entertainment and outback cuisine is set in the remote and isolated East MacDonnell Ranges. Harking back to earlier times, the evening is spent huddled round a cosy campfire in the style of an old-time cattle camp.

Music, Food, Wine and Laughter

Tuck into a mouth-watering meal of prime Australian beef, the best the land has to offer. Enjoy a cold beer or wine from the Aussie Bush bar and while you wet your whistle relax and get to know the local people who will share with you the epic story of their life and survival in this harsh land.

Underneath a chandelier of stars an authentic bush balladeer sings timeless Australian songs. The music delights and captivates all who listen.

Minimum numbers required to conduct the dinner.

  • Date: Monday 18 June

Speed networking allows a large number of delegates to make contact with each other in a very short space of time. This is a great opportunity for delegates to introduce themselves to others and exchange business cards.

The luncheon is the key social and networking event of the Conference.

An allocated area within the Conference will provide delegates with a social environment to relax and network while enjoying a refreshing beverage and light snacks.
