Full registration will include all conference sessions and keynotes, morning teas, lunches, afternoon teas, welcome function, conference materials including handbook and the on-line book of abstracts. It also includes access to the book of proceedings and presenter podcasts, post conference.
Day Only Registration Rate
Day Only Registration will include conference sessions, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea for nominated day, conference materials including handbook and on-line book of abstracts and access to the book of proceedings. Presenter podcasts are NOT included. The conference social function is not included. Tickets can be purchased on the registration form.
Early Bird Registration
An Early Bird rate will be offered to those who register and pay prior to C.O.B. Friday 6 May 2016. All new and outstanding registrations will be transferred to the standard rate after this date.
Concession registration is available for full time students. Please include your student ID on registration.
June 22, 2016 – $50 / tour. Must be booked when registering.
- OPTION 1 – Humpty Doo Barramundi Farm – Coach departs Darwin Convention Centre at 8:30. Returns at 1:30 pm
- OPTION 2 – Arafura Timor Research Facility (ATRF) – Coach departs Darwin Convention Centre at 9:00 am. Returns at 1:30 pm
Please note that it is essential for all accepted abstract presenters and delegates to register.
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first. The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.
All registrations received after 30 May 2016 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash.
Refunds and Cancellations
The Conference Committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 6 May 2016. Registration cancellation received between 6 May and 20 May 2016 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after 21 May 2016. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Insurance – It is the responsibility of delegate’s to arrange their own travel insurance. The Conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies. The following links are provided for information only.
